Location. The Roma 2000 Hotel is located in the centre of Rome, Italy, three blocks from the Teatro Sistina theatre. The hotel is 300 metres from Piazza di Spagna, the Galleria Nazionale museum and Galleria Alberto Sordi shopping centre. The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Via Veneto are all within 800 metres of the hotel. Stazione Termini railway station is one kilometre away.
Hotel Features. Set in a 19th century building, the Roma 2000 Hotel has a 24 hour front desk with concierge services. Airport transportation can be arranged (surcharge).
A complimentary continental breakfast is on offer at the Roma 2000 Hotel. Breakfasts are delivered to the guestrooms.
Guestrooms. The Roma 2000 Hotel's 14 air conditioned guestrooms are decorated in green and gold. Rooms have satellite television, high speed Internet ports, minibars and complimentary bottled water. Bathrooms feature bathrobes and additional telephones.
Expert Tip. The Palazzo Barberini, just 20 metres from the hotel, houses the Galleria Nazionale d'Arte Antica. There are famous paintings by Caravaggio, Raphael and Holbein.

From Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO):
Distance to Roma 2000 Hotel is 25 kilometres, approximately 35 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The Leonardo Express runs between the airport and the Termini train station in the city centre every 30 minutes. The station is about one kilometre from the hotel. The journey time is about 35 minutes and single tickets cost 9.50 EUR. The Terravision shuttle bus runs between the airport and Termini station. Taxis to the city centre cost about 60 EUR, and taking a metered licensed taxi is advised. The hotel can also arrange for transport to and from the airport. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. The hotel is on Via Quattro Fontane. Rome's historic city centre is easy to explore on foot, as many attractions are located close together. The city has an efficient public transport system, including trams, buses, suburban trains, and metro (underground). Tickets can be purchased from tobacconists and ATAC ticket machines, and should be bought prior to boarding. Single tickets cost 1 EUR, and are valid for 75 minutes, covering one metro trip and unlimited bus travel. Driving in the city centre is not advised for visitors. Parking is available close to the hotel.
