The Hotel Al Andalous is a contemporary hotel set in 7000 square metres of gardens in Marrakech, three kilometres from the city's central square. The 195 guestrooms are spread over six floors and have decor in pastel tones and modern furnishings including desks. All guestrooms open onto balconies and are equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones, climate control, and bathrooms with hair dryers.

The Cordoba Restaurant serves international cuisine in a contemporary setting with an Arabic twist. The Almeira Restaurant is decorated in traditional Moroccan style and serves regional and Oriental specialities. There is a business centre and conference room, and staff at the 24 hour front desk can offer currency exchange and tour assistance. The Menara Garden is one and a half kilometres away, and Marrakech Souq, the traditional market, is three kilometres away. Marrakech Menara Airport is five kilometres from the hotel, with an approximate driving time of 10 minutes.

Bus 11 runs to centre of Marrakech every half an hour although services can be unpredictable. There are taxiphones in the arrival and departure lounges and taxis can be caught near the bus stop. It is recommended to agree the price before commencing the journey.
