Location. The Dusit Island Resort Chiang Rai is located on an island in the Mae Kok River that flows through Chiang Rai, Thailand. This resort stands near the Night Bazaar's bargain stalls. The Elephant Nature Park is a nearby sanctuary and rescue center. Ancient temples and religious sites surround this property.
