The Mariner East Condos is a gulf front property in Panama City Beach, Fla. Schooners, Last Local Beach Club is less than one mile away. The condos are one and one half miles from St. Andrews State Park. Boat rentals, cruises and charters are available at the Treasure Island Marina, located less than two miles from the property. The Shipwreck Island water park is four miles away.
The family friendly Mariner East Condos features a gulf front pool, heated in the spring and fall. The fitness center includes cardiovascular and weight training equipment. A combined basketball and tennis court, and shuffleboard are available. The game room offers video games and a pool table. Pets are not allowed at this property.
The Mariner East Condos offers 52 individually decorated condos with Florida style d?cor, and separate living and sleeping areas. Select accommodations are equipped with dining tables for four. All condos offer gulf view balconies with barbecue grills. Fully equipped kitchens include refrigerators, microwave ovens and coffeemakers. Cable television with premium channels is provided. Dial up Internet access is available for a fee. All units are equipped with washers and dryers.
