Location. Overlooking the magnificent Columbia River Gorge, Skamania Lodge is 45 miles from Portland City Center and 41 miles from Portland Airport. Calmed by cascading waterfalls and cradled in the forests and mountains that surround Stevenson, Wash., Skamania Lodge offers an idyllic setting for couples on romantic getaways or golfers who seek challenging courses in pristine surroundings.
Hotel Features. This rustic mountain resort is home to an 18 hole, par 70 golf course that makes optimal use of the natural rivers, ponds and towering Douglas firs. Outdoor sports devotees appreciate fishing the rushing rivers, mastering the tennis courts and exploring more than four miles of hiking trails. Reflecting the Grand Lodge Style architecture, the Skamania Lodge features Native American inspired rugs and original stone rubbings. The comfortable mission style wood furnishings and vibrant fireplace in the lobby create an intimate setting. Guests are invited to take advantage of the heated indoor pool, four jetted tubs and sauna, or benefit from full service treatments in the Waterleaf Club & Spa. The Skamania Lodge features more than 22,000 square feet of dedicated IACC approved meeting space. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the lodge.
Guestrooms. Each of the 254 rustic guestrooms features original artwork, On Demand movies and wireless Internet access. Every guestroom provides spectacular views of either the Columbia River Gorge or the Cascade Mountains.
Expert Tip. A driving range, practice bunker and chipping and putting greens are available to help golfers achieve lower handicaps.

Take the Cascade Locks Exit 44.
Take the Bridge of the Gods (toll) and turn right onto Hwy. 14.
Turn left at mile post 43 onto Rock Creek Drive.
